1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 3k33 platform and all of its services. When you register on 3k33 or use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 3k33 is ৳200. We support the following payment methods for deposits:

Use your registered mobile number when making a deposit. 3k33 is not responsible for transactions made with incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 3k33 may follow an identity verification process (KYC). Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• The bonus can be claimed only once.
• Winnings earned through a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• 3k33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• A specific time limit may apply for meeting bonus requirements.

6 VIP Program

3k33's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. Reaching a higher tier gives you access to more benefits and personalised service.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform
• Abusing or manipulating bonuses
• Using software or bots to gain an artificial advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other members
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by a minor

Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
